On Thursday December 14th the KHS Orchestra had a performance in the library. The group that played was the Sinfonia orchestra with a few Camerata members. The group played and sounded good despite some students having never played an instrument before or some were learning a second instrument.
Many students and teachers came in with lunches and enjoyed the many Christmas songs and carols the orchestra played. Along with this people enjoyed a special chocolate cold brew punch and played board games with friends. Some students took photos at the “Friends” themed photo booth that was set up.
At the end of the Lunch and Listen Mrs. Paetznick said how proud she was of these students and told everyone there that it’s never too late to start learning an instrument or a second one.
