Health Science Club sponsor Cheyenne Kirkpatrick and officers Jared Rich, Cason Cox, Shanna Casayuran, Olivia Blundell, and Madison Donovan show off their winning check.

The KHS Health Science Club received a $1000 check today from Carter Blood Care for the blood donations they gathered last school year with their KHS Blood Drives. The club collected 192 units during 4 blood drives with Carter Blood Care, impacting over 570 lives in the East Texas area. The health science students expect to beat last year’s goal during the 2021-2022 school year.
