Spring Break in Broken Bow

Spring+Break+in+Broken+Bow

Spring break was hit off good for my best friends and I . We took our annual trip to Broken Bow, to spend our day there. The day before we packed all our snacks for the day, fruit, chips, etc. The next day we started off our morning early then we were on our way to Broken Bow Oklahoma. When we got there the weather wasn’t quite what we expected, it was very gloomy and cold. We let the sun come out then we decided to go kayaking on the river. I made so many good memories getting to spend this day with some of my best friends.

After we spent a couple hours on the river we decided to have our picnic and play some uno. Not only am I very competitive with uno but so are Evelyn and Lou… The plan was to hop in the water but it was freezing cold to even go swimming, so we had to figure out what to do next.

We decided to go shopping in this vintage store downtown then we found a go kart racing track so of course we had to do that. It was much more fun than what we were expecting especially since we have nothing like that back here in Kilgore. Soon after we needed to cool down so we ate snowcones than went through this drive through safari that was down the street from the go karts. That was most definitely an experience with all the animals poking their heads through the window and scaring us.

After we got all the giggles out we decided to make our way back home, it was a calm little drive back with no traffic. I could say this trip was definitely one of my favorites I got to spend with my best friends.
