Kilgore High School opened up its first ever cafe, Bulldog Books & Brews, on January 19, 2023. The idea of this is to have an on-campus coffee shop for teachers, students, and all administrators. This wasn’t an easy process but with Annaleigh Herrin, the KHS Library Media Center teacher, anything was possible. All money raised will go to fund scholarships and special events hosted by the library. This will also give an opportunity for NHS, Student council or other students a chance to gain community service hours!
