Skyla Johnson is a new student in Kilgore High school, coming all the way from a costal town in south Texas. Skyla is a staff writer for The Mirror. She is a family oriented person, with two younger sisters and a loving home full of pets. During the weekends she spends her free time painting, taking pictures with her camera and going to church with her family. Skyla travels almost every summer and enjoys going thrift shopping with her mom or building things with her dad. She has a passion for learning the ways of the world and wants to join the military after high school. Kind, smart, and adventurous, Skyla looks forward to her coming up years at Kilgore.
