On Tuesday 29th, Kilgore Volleyball team had  two games back to back games against Troup and longview. It was a long and challenging game for the team as a whole.

       “We had a rough game Tuesday against Longview and Troup, we went into the game with energy and the mindset to win but once we stepped onto the court it all shifted,” Aderria Williams said.

        “Even though it was a rough loss, we took that and turned it into a lesson. Overall that loss isn’t stopping us for future games,”. Aderris Williams said. 

        Tuesday our girls showed great sportsmanship on how they handled these games as well as lots of maturity. 

       The Team still had a great attitude and knows what needs to be done better now for future games. Now that’s what makes a great team! 

      “We had a tough game but we still pulled through which shows our strength and our determination,” Kate Smires Said.

      “This loss makes us stronger and fix our mistakes, and that’s how we become a better team,” Kate Smires said. 

      The girls always go by this one specific quote, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
