KHS Orchestra attends City of Kilgore 150th Anniversary Gala

On Saturday, October 1st the city of Kilgore hosted a gala at the Texan Theater to celebrate the city’s 150th anniversary. Members of the KHS orchestra were invited to attend the gala to provide music as dinner was served.
A total of eight students, along with orchestra director Sherry Paetznick, played music as a small string ensemble during the gala. They played a variety of songs such as “The Ash Grove” and “Believer.”
