Spanish teacher Tristan Clements is taking over La Bamba, a spanish club that teaches and celebrates different parts of the Spanish culture. The first meeting will be held on Thursday, Sept. 13, at before school in the auditorium.

“I’m expecting them to use their natural curiosity and interest in the culture and turn that into a force of good for the community,” Spanish teacher Tristan Clements said. “I’m very overwhelmed because we already have 140 students signed up for the club.”

Students do not have to be in a Spanish class nor speak Spanish to join this club. To sign up for La Bamba, visit room 102.
