Q: What made you want to be a teacher?

A: Working with students. I like working with students, helping them out.

Q: Where did you go to school? What were you like as a student?

A: I went to Marshall. I liked learning things everyday, helping others.

Q: What’s your spirit animal?

A: A butterfly.

Q: What was your favorite extracurricular activity in high school?

A: Computer lab.

Q: What are your hobbies?

A: Playing soccer with my kids, and reading.

Q: Why did you decide to come to Kilgore?

A: I’m attending Kilgore College, and most of my family lives here.

Q: Who’s the most influential person in your life?

A: My husband.

Q: What’s your favorite part about teaching?

A: Being around the students… and learning things.

Q: What’s the first thing you do in the morning?

A: I wake my kids up and get ready for school.

A: Respectful, fun, shy, caring.
