Bulldog Essentials?

With the school year beginning and new students coming in how do you encourage respect from a school district. KISD put in place the Bulldog Essentials beginning in the school year 2018-2019. These rules were met with much debate and turmoil. Are these ‘essentials’ really essential or do they only cause more problems?
