The Kilgore softball girls played in the playoffs for the first time since 2005, and the girls are very excited.

“I’m so glad I got to play with a great team,” junior Bailey Downing said. “No matter what the outcome is I will always be proud to be a Bulldog.”

The girls lost 12-0 against Carthage. The girls played very well and never gave up.

“I’m so glad I got to play on this team and I can’t wait to see what next year is going to look like,” junior Hailee Jo Lewis said.
